Faith in Action
The Foundation's program, Faith in Action®, was designed to expand the continued replication of the Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers Model, providing volunteer caregiving to people of all ages with chronic health conditions.This grant supports Love's Circle in its mission to provide services to the low-income elderly, homebound and adult-disabled individuals in rural Marion and Baxter counties. Love's Circle will enrich the lives of those who are suffering from the effects of the aging process, lack of accessible or affordable transportation to medical and other appointments, and assistance with shopping and errands; need of safety equipment installation and respite for caregivers. Love's Circle's goal is to allow this population to live in their own homes for as long as possible -- with dignity and some measure of independence.
