Academy for Health Services Research and Health Policy and "Health Affairs" National Health Policy Conference
This grant provides partial support for a National Health Policy Conference, being sponsored jointly by the Academy for Health Services Research and Health Policy and Health Affairs. The conference, Critical Issues for a New Administration, will be held February 1-2, 2001. Its goal is to provide public and private decision makers with a scan of health policy issues likely to arise during the year. Conference organizers have secured a bi-partisan list of high-caliber speakers. RWJF funds will be used to promote the conference with the media; develop and produce a resource guide for participants; and, following the conference, produce an executive summary that captures the discussions that occur during presentation.
