The purpose of this project is to engage the services of the Johns Hopkins University Bloomburg School of Public Health to conduct strategic research and to provide direction for the Foundation's program, Partnership for Solutions: Better Lives for People with Chronic Conditions. The project will accomplish this mission by using two highly integrated approaches: (1) strategic research and analysis on a range of topics related to the problems and solutions of those with chronic conditions in the 21st Century; and (2) communications and social marketing tools to define the problems better, shape the research agenda, identify strategies for change, and target key audiences.
