The Foundation's program, Promoting Excellence in End-of-Life Care, was designed to foster long-term changes in health care institutions to substantially improve care for dying persons and their families.The purpose of this project is to improve the quality of care for terminally ill people and their families. This project will improve access to comprehensive palliative care across a full range of clinical settings for patients with terminal prognosis.
