Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Executive Nurse Fellows
The Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellows Program was designed to prepare a select cadre of outstanding nurse executives for leadership roles in clinical service, education, and public health. The purpose of this grant is to provide support for the implementation of The Robert Wood Johnson Fellowship Program for Executive Nurse Leaders. The grant will underwrite three-year advanced training programs for each of three successive classes of 15 outstanding nurse executives from the areas of patient care service, nursing education, and public health. Fellows will continue with their current employers who will cover their release time and will match the funding needed for their required individual fellowship projects.
