The Foundation's Local Initiative Funding Partners Program is a matching grants program designed to establish partnerships between the Foundation and local grantmakers in support of innovative, community-based projects that improve health and health care for underserved and vulnerable populations.This grant, through the National Program Office, provides technical assistance and direction for the Local Initiative Funding Partners Program. The responsibilities include: receive grant applications, manage the review and selection process, monitor project implementation and financial reporting, conduct National Advisory Committee meetings and annual meetings, and provide technical assistance to applicants and grantees.
