Establishment of a national organization of community anti-drug coalitions

This grant supports the establishment of an organizational base for the several hundred anti-drug community coalitions formed through efforts supported by the Foundation, the federal Office of Substance Abuse Prevention, and the President's Drug Advisory Council. The goal of this new organization is to foster expansion of the number of community anti-drug coalitions and to serve as a national resource for the development of public policy in this area.
