Curriculum materials include workbooks, teaching guides, and selected audio-visuals together with a newsletter, trainer programs and meetings of pilot sites. A subcontracted evaluation will assess the program. The three-year activity plan for the project is categorized as follows: (1) year 1 research and development; (2) year 2 implementation; and (3) year 3 evaluation.
