Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's Hospital-Based Rural Health Care Program
The Foundation's Hospital-Based Rural Health Care Program was designed to strengthen the ability of rural hospitals to provide high quality care and to promote the financial viability of these institutions.This grant supports technical assistance and direction for the Hospital-Based Rural Health Care Program. The principal objectives of the project are to: (1) provide technical assistance to grantees; (2) monitor grantee progress through site visits, correspondence, and phone contact; and (3) plan and conduct an annual meeting of the grantees.
