Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's Faculty Fellowships in Health Care Finance program
The Foundation's Faculty Fellowships in Health Care Finance program was designed to permit selected university faculty to enhance their research ability and expertise in the area of health care finance.This is a renewal grant to support the costs of the eighth year of technical assistance and direction for the Foundation's Program for Faculty Fellowships in Health Care Finance. The grant provides continued salary support for the Program Director's staff at Johns Hopkins University. The principal objectives of the project are to: (1) recruit fellows, (2) administer a four-month educational program; (3) assist with placements of fellows in public or private health care financing institutions; (4) provide technical assistance and direction to the fellows and monitor their progress throughout the educational, placement, and research components of their fellowships; and (5) conduct all meetings associated with the Program.
