Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's School-Based Adolescent Health Care Program

The Foundation's School-Based Adolescent Health Care Program was designed to strengthen the capacity of communities and families to meet the multiple health and health-related needs of adolescents by utilizing local public secondary schools as a principal locus of care.This grant provides continued support for Dr. Julia Graham Lear of Children's Hospital, together with Dr. Philip Porter of Harvard University, to provide technical assistance and direction for the School-Based Adolescent Health Care Program.
