About This Series

RWJF is committed to fostering a culture of health through the pursuit of solutions to key health issues that are evidence-based, measurable, and equitable. A major prong of our strategy is to fund programs that are meant to work together synergistically, linking together the leaders of change so they can join forces and build small victories into a national movement. This series of assessment reports, which are conducted by independent evaluators, explores the evolution of the Foundation's strategies and goals around a particular body of work, and evaluates what we acheived and the overall effectiveness of the Foundation's approach.
