Paula Lantz, PhD, professor and chair in the department of health policy at George Washington University, was director of the Robert Wood Johnson Scholars in Health Policy Research program at the University of Michigan for a decade. She says the program gave her the opportunity to track contributions to policy-related scholarship from many social science disciplines.
