In the role of Application and Review Specialist, Marianne M. Meyer, MA, guides and facilitates the Call for Proposals (CFP) process, as well as the application and review elements of grant competitions for the following areas of focus: health care value, access to health care coverage, and reducing childhood obesity. She also consults with and advises best practices for the Foundation’s national programs, associated with these teams, to ensure fair and efficient grant competitions.
Meyer brings to the table eight years of experience as IT Business Analyst for RWJF’s first-generation online grant application and review system. Prior to joining the Foundation in 1999, Meyer spent 17 years in the health care field serving as program director for Continuing Education at the New Jersey Hospital Association, and before that, as promotion manager for Excerpta Medica, an international medical publishing company.
Meyer earned a master's degree in educational technology leadership at George Washington University and a bachelor of science degree from Rider University.
