Teresa Mozur

Communications Associate

Teresa Mozur joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2013 as a communications associate. She brings a grassroots perspective to her work and views her role at the Foundation as β€œan opportunity to support and empower communities working to build a Culture of Health.”

Previously, Mozur served as a communications and development manager for Reel Grrls, an award-winning media arts and leadership training program for girls in Seattle. She oversaw communications projects, coordinated major fundraising events, and mentored advanced students in video production and career development. She also served as a communications associate and multimedia specialist with two advocacy organizations: the Center for Media Justice, a national group working to strengthen grassroots racial justice movements and OneAmerica, an immigrant rights organization in Washington State. She also held administrative positions with the U.S. Mission to the European Union and the U.S. Mission to NATO in Brussels.

Mozur received her BA in Cultural and Media Studies from Eugene Lang College, The New School for Liberal Arts in New York City. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing beach volleyball, trivia, and exploring American cities. She resides in Princeton, N.J.
