George S. Frazza, L.L.B., was elected to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Board of Trustees in January 2000.
Frazza currently is of counsel to Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler. He previously served Johnson & Johnson for more than 30 years in the roles of corporate secretary, vice president and general counsel, and was a member of the executive committee.
Frazza is a trustee of the Atlantic Legal Foundation, former chair of the Civil Justice Reform Group and the American Arbitration Association’s Large Complex Case Program, past president of the Association of General Counsel, former chairman of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and a former editor of The Business Lawyer. He also has served as a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s Legal Advisory Committee and the Federal Judiciary Committee of the American Bar Association.
Frazza earned an L.L.B. from Columbia University and an A.B. from Marietta College.
