Richard B. Worley was elected to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Board of Trustees in January 2000.
Worley is managing director of Permit Capital Group, LLC. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Investment Management. Formerly, he was chairman of Miller Anderson & Sherrerd. Prior to that, he worked for Goldman Sachs, becoming vice president and economist, as well as director of Board Market Research.
Worley serves on the board of Colonial Williamsburg and the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He is chair of the investment committee of Colonial Williamsburg and a member of the investment committee for the Wildlife Fund and Mount Holyoke College. He is a former board member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the Philadelphia Orchestra and the University of Pennsylvania.
Worley is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
