Accounting

Controller
Reporting directly to the CFO & Treasurer, the Controller is responsible for the Foundation's overall accounting and regulatory environment and manages the accuracy and delivery of financial information to internal and external parties. The position works collaboratively with Investment Operations on execution of joint investment/accounting responsibilities and strategies.

Investment Officer: Portfolio Management
The investment officer, Portfolio Management is a professional staff member responsible for the oversight of the asset allocation and risk management activities and analysis/implementation of portfolio level transactions such as the equity overlay. More broadly, the individual is expected to be a well integrated member of, and positive contributor to, the overall Investment Team.

Program Groups - Health Care Group

Senior Program Officer (Human Capital)
The senior program officers are professional staff responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's initiatives to improve the health and health care of all Americans. Their primary responsibilities include providing intellectual and organizational leadership in designing and implementing new initiatives, evaluating proposals, monitoring programs and grants, learning from program investments and activities, and creating impact through dissemination of knowledge. As with staff at all levels of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, senior program officers are expected to demonstrate a passionate commitment to the Foundation's mission of improving health and health care for all Americans and to the guiding principles and promise that undergird that mission. Research and Evaluation

Program Officer (Quality/Equality)
Reporting directly to the vice president, Research and Evaluation (R&E) with a matrix reporting relationship to the team director for Quality/Equality (QE), this program officer will work with the QE Team whose goal is to lift the overall quality of health care in targeted communities, reduce racial and ethnic disparities and provide models for national replication. The PO will work collaboratively with the QE Team and its national program called Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q). AF4Q supports the development of multi-stakeholder alliances in select communities and the use by these alliances of interventions in public reporting of quality data, quality improvement and consumer engagement to improve the health care, and ultimately the health, of the people in these communities. Research and analytic expertise in health services research, quality of care, costs of care and/or access to care is required.
